A new or substantially altered electrical installation cannot lawfully be put into service in Belgium until an approved body has inspected it and found it compliant. We book that, hand you the report, and will not switch on an installation that has not passed.
Electrical work is inspected by an approved body before it is energised for use. No gas work, no asbestos.

Bright Tech Services is a company incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under enterprise number 1032.208.177, based at 13 Brusselsesteenweg in 3080 Tervuren. The company was incorporated in December 2025, so it claims no track record it does not have; what it does have is the professional competence the trades require and the ten-year liability insurance compulsory for work on dwellings.
The rule that matters most is the inspection. A new electrical installation, or an existing one substantially modified, must be examined by an accredited inspection body and found compliant with the General Regulation on Electrical Installations before it is put into service. We arrange it, correct whatever it records, have it re-inspected and hand over the report. Clients frequently do not know this exists, which is exactly why it gets skipped — and the owner discovers the gap when selling, insuring or claiming. We also do no gas work, which needs a separately qualified installer, and no work on asbestos: in buildings from before 2001 an inventory comes first and removal goes to a licensed firm.
Because Belgian law requires an accredited inspection body to examine a new or substantially altered installation and find it compliant with the General Regulation on Electrical Installations before it is put into service. Without that report the installation cannot lawfully be used, and an insurer may decline a claim arising from it. We arrange the inspection and hand you the report.
A fair question, and we would rather answer it than pad a page with claims. What you can check is concrete: the professional competence for the trades, the ten-year liability insurance, a written quote with its exclusions, and an inspection report from an independent body at the end. That report is issued by someone with no interest in flattering our work.
No. Gas appliance installation requires an installer holding that specific qualification, and improvising around it is exactly the kind of shortcut that causes harm. We will coordinate with a qualified gas installer, but we will not do the work ourselves.
Not until an asbestos inventory has been obtained. In buildings constructed before 2001 drilling, chasing or stripping can disturb asbestos-containing material, and removal is reserved to licensed firms. It costs a short delay and avoids contaminating a house.
Yes, for every run. Cabling that looks tidy can still fail under load, and without test results you have nothing but our word for it. The results are handed over with the job, along with labelling that means the next person can find anything.
We do, in the first instance. Goods sold to consumers carry the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under Belgian law, which is ours to honour and is separate from any manufacturer warranty. Tell us what failed rather than going to the manufacturer first; it is usually quicker.
